Attorney J. Kenneth Croney was general counsel for Alco Standard Corporation, a NYSE diversified company. During his 23 years there, Mr. Croney focused his efforts on acquisitions and divestitures, securities, antitrust and legal management and the company grew to $12 billion in revenues.
